The security score rates how well this server is protected, from 0 to 100, with a grade from A to E. Every check has a weight; checks Defendr cannot evaluate — because a feature is not released yet, or because it lacks Manage Server to read invites or AutoMod rules — are removed and the score is normalised over the rest, so missing data never costs points.
Findings come with a button. Fix means Defendr can make the change itself, and asks first whenever it touches a Discord server setting. How to fix explains the steps you have to take yourself, for example dragging Defendr's role higher or removing dangerous permissions from @everyone. Defendr never edits role permissions.
The score is recomputed weekly, a few minutes after a configuration change, and whenever you press Recheck.
