/help opens this page. The select lists the categories that have topics; choosing one opens its first topic and the select then lists the topics of that category. Back returns to the categories.
Every topic is written for the people who run a server, not for developers: it says what Defendr does, what members see and which setting changes it. Where a topic maps to a settings page, Open in /setup takes administrators straight there.
In direct messages the same pages work, only the configuration links are hidden.
