/defendr › Privacy policy, Terms of service and Impressum show the legal documents inside Discord (/defendr page:privacy opens the policy directly). Every page carries its version, the date it takes effect and the checksum of the text, so you can tell exactly which wording you read.
The same documents are published as plain files in a public repository. The Full text (public copy) button opens exactly the version you are reading, Previous versions opens the list of all versions.
The German text is the binding one; the English file is a translation. The section menu of a document jumps straight to a part, for example what is processed, how long it is kept or your rights.
