كل نوع من البيانات يخزّنه Defendr، ومدة حفظه وطريقة حذفه، وقواعد إدخالات الشبكة، وحدود الحماية.
يُنشأ من السجل نفسه الذي تقرؤه مهام الحذف، فلا يختلف الجدول عن الحذف أبدًا.
يُعرض الجدول بالإنجليزية؛ والنسخة الألمانية هي الملزمة.

يحتفظ Defendr بقائمة شبكية للحسابات التي تنشر روابط تصيد أو ملفات ضارة أو محاولات سرقة حسابات عبر خوادم متعددة. تحتاج إدخالاته الخاصة إلى أدلة ومراجعَين اثنين. ويأخذ أيضًا إدخالات قوائم ScammerAlert المجتمعية تلقائيًا دون التحقق منها ويعلّمها بذلك. حاليًا كل إدخال مجرد تلميح: يرى مشرفوك ملاحظة محايدة في السجل، ولا يحدث شيء تلقائيًا. في صفحة الشبكة العالمية تقرر ما إذا كان خادمك يستخدم الإدخالات المراجَعة وما إذا كان يرى تلميحات ScammerAlert.
يُقترح الإدخال مع أدلة، ويراجعه شخصان، ثم يبقى نشطًا اثني عشر شهرًا مع مراجعة جديدة قبل انتهائه بأسبوعين. يمكن لأي شخص في القائمة الاستئناف؛ ويُجمَّد الإدخال أثناء الاستئناف. تؤخذ إدخالات قوائم ScammerAlert تلقائيًا دون مراجعة وتُعرض كتحذير فقط؛ لا تتخذ Defendr بسببها أي إجراء من تلقاء نفسها، وأي حظر أو طرد يختاره مشرف من بطاقة الانضمام هو حالته الخاصة. وتنتهي عندما تسحب ScammerAlert الإدخال أو تحذفه.
